In the Mfuwe Lodge in the South Luangwa National Park in Zambia, the sight of one or even ten elephants strolling through the lobby is a regular occurrence.
Global events in 2011 more than prove that the ‘elephant is in the room’. The alarm bell’s ringing ... it’s time to wake up, lengthen our stride and Get REAL - Responsible, Environmentally Aware Leadership.
Our Cause related leadership programmes and projects are beyond compare. They provide business with excellent opportunities in clarifying, focusing and aligning their business strategies with universal values and helps to embed them through effective and memorable employee engagement, while simultaneously creating shared value, increasing sales and market share by attracting new customers via authentic visible impact on society, consumers and brand.

They are inspired and equipped to return home, eager to embed effective and innovative solutions to the global challenges now confronting every individual, company and community on planet earth.
