The word - Obsession, is normally used in a negative way, meaning: a compulsive preoccupation with an often unreasonable idea or an unwanted feeling or emotion.

However I CHOOSE to use it in a positive way. Lengthen Your Stride is a Magnificent Obsession - to be constantly engaged and focused on:
