Pavol is a management consultant, photographer and adventurer.
In 1992, Pavol was nominated for the Eisenhower Exchange Program – he was one of ten selected leaders to represent the Czech and Slovak Republics – a first in the history of this prestigious leadership program.
His business experience includes founding and leading a private equity investment fund. He serves on the boards of a number of companies he has founded and co-founded. In 1996, he identified the need and demand for management development in Slovakia and the neighbouring region. As a result he formed the management consulting and training firm: Management Systems. Pavol’s expertise is in Change Management. As a Chief Transformation Officer, he helped turn the state owned giant - Slovak Telecom, into a more efficient and effective, customer focused firm.
His love of sports and the great outdoors has led him to develop land he owns in the beautiful mountain region of Slovakia into yet another business opportunity. With his wife, son and daughter the country property is being converted into a recreational facility where inspiring outdoor events and management workshops will be conducted. Pavol has trekked, climbed and cycled the mountains in Slovakia, the Alps and in Himalaya.

From the University of Zilina, Pavol has an Engineering degree and post-graduate Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering. He has also earned a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh - Katz Graduate School of Business.
